Day Two

  • Breakfast: a glass of milk with two slices of whole grain toast and peanut putter
  • A.M. snack: yogurt with strawberries
  • Lunch: spinach salad
  • P.m. snack: cheese and crackers
  • Supper: spaghetti and meatballs
  • Water: 2L
  • Exercise: I brought my puppy for a 30 minute walk this morning, and then we went for a 30 minute jog this evening.
