Hello class!
I have created this blog for us to share our daily nutrition and exercise plans. Since we have been learning about Canada's Food Guide, I thought it would be fun for us to track what eat and drink each day, and what physical activities we complete. Tracking our nutrition and exercise will help us maintain a healthy lifestyle!
Each day I will blog what I have ate and what exercise I completed during the day. After I create my blog, I encourage you all to make a comment on it. You can comment on what you think about my post that day. Then, I want each of you to tell me what you have ate that day and what physical activities you were involved in.
