- Breakfast:breakfast ham, a boiled egg and whole wheat toast
- A.M. Snack: apple and peanut butter
- Lunch: chicken and spinach wrap
- P.M. Snack: carrot and celery sticks
- Supper: spinach and almond supper and BBQ chicken breast
- Water: 2.5L of water and a glass of Gingerale
- Exercise: an hour walk with my puppy around the pond!
