Day Six


  • Breakfast:breakfast ham, a boiled egg and whole wheat toast
  • A.M. Snack: apple and peanut butter
  • Lunch: chicken and spinach wrap 
  • P.M. Snack: carrot and celery sticks  
  • Supper: spinach and almond supper and BBQ chicken breast 
  • Water: 2.5L of water and a glass of Gingerale 
  • Exercise: an hour walk with my puppy around the pond!

  5. Nutrition and fitness is such an important topic to discuss with students in schools. This blog does a great job of communicating with students and parents about the benefits of healthy living. Love that you've included a log of your eating. It models a great practice for students to get involved in.
